What is CharterPass POS?+

Do customers need to install an app?+
No. Customers scan the QR code on their table and order in their browser, in their own language. Orders go straight to your kitchen printer and counter screen.
What languages does the menu support?+
Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English are included for every shop. Pro shops can add AI-translated Japanese, Korean and French menus.
What hardware do I need?+
Any tablet, laptop or phone with a browser for the counter, plus a standard network receipt printer for the kitchen. There is no proprietary hardware to buy.
